i got 120 mager 115 eval 115 med 113 resist i wanna add necro and SS inplace of what i got what else would be good?

Well if you want a Necro you cant go wrong with
Necro and Spirit =)

Parry Scribe is also an option or any combination of Parry Inscirption and Poisoning.

Depends on what you like to play.
Cuz after all thats what it comes down to...
