Some EAs IPs aren't working anymore during the day

Hello, I've been trying to send this trouble via email to the support but it seems I couldn't reach anybody.

It's been already 14 days that some Ips of EA when pinging to europa.owo.com aren't working properly (specially by evening from 7 pm to 10 pm UK time).

Take a look at the picture for an explanation:

I hope u can fix those, It 's impossible to play on europa if you ping those ips during those hours.

I see some slower response times towards the end of your trace, but I don't see any hosts unreachable...not every node will identify itself with a full name for security reasons.

Are you saying it is too laggy or that you just aren't able to connect at all?

I 'm saying that my ping is perfect till it reaches the Ips of EA , it's that the trouble.

I ping 35 always to those but by evening those ips aren't responding anymore and they have this trouble, from 7 pm to 10 pm uk time. those are EA's ips . It's happening to everybody who plays from Italy (and sometimes this trouble affects ppl from Spain and from UK, depends on the time table)

The route till EA's IPs are fine, when pinging EA's Ips it's totally not working properly
