Some bugs ... after the patch 90

Hello!
The first one I want to report, I have tried to contact the support ... and there was no answer!
My seventh char have a young status.
It would be normal if my account had a few months, but It is account has more than 120 months.
And the status of this char is locked in 23.0 (230)
The second problem is that randomly when one of the other six char attempts to invoke some magic, my client (EC) simply closes.
I'm trying to find the problem, perhaps something with windowns 10.
I'll check if this is related to win 10 or if it's something with my workstation

I run windows 8, I have been having the same problem with the EC client closing while casting necro spells. I had to use CC to get my character into lich form.

try deleting the character profiles first and see if that fixes the issue. go to your user profile and go to Documents\EA Games\Ultima Online Stygian Abyss\ and rename "user data" to "user data1" So the next time you log in will create a new profile for you.

I'm running windows 10 and i am fully patched without an issue.

Same thing on my mage, i open any spellbook and EC client crashes.

I patched went to gate to go to eodon and says I'm not allowed there. accounts been opened for years, 6 month payments. anyone know why other having same problem. rebooted game same thing.
