Some advices for a newborn player

Hi all:

Ive just started 2 days ago and now i dont know where to go or what to do

Im a warrior 100/90/35 85 anatomy/100 focus/76 healing/77 parry/sword/tact/55 chiv with a valorite plate and a nice radiant scimitar.

Ill thank all the advices

PD: Im looking for a challenged encounters, im bored killing ettins to get money ^^

That was quick, only met you an hour or so ago and suggested you post here

You were doing pretty well against the ettins, apart from the lag problems - tried the earth elementals yet on the same level of Despise, or in Shame level one? (scorpions there too, so you need to be quick healing poison at times).

Regarding armour - you have valorite plate, and I know you mentioned playing many years ago on non-EA shards but this being your first session on an EA one, so I'm guessing you remember valorite being the best armour type?

It's all changed rather a lot, what you are looking for now is the totals in resist types on your armour - don't know if you are using the enhanced or classic client, but they are listed on both somewhere... you're aiming at as high as possible in those categories up to max 70 (or 75 energy resist if you play an elf). Against all logic, leather armour can be just as tough as metal, so you rarely see metal armour outside the roleplaying world nowadays unless it's a very high-end artifact type of armour.
