I looked at this one last night and It is a nice spot but its " almost in town ", " Almost waterfront ", " Almost an 18 x 18", and its got a Villa with literally 1 tile between the homes. I will be purchasing one tonight, I have 2 other options. I like the house Duke.. but not for 400.
