Does splinter break para blow?

Would also be good to know if para blow weapons with splintering function like bokutos, where if you nerve strike the first tick of splintering is delayed in order to not interrupt the paralysis.

Tested Results:
Paralyzing blow with no splinter - lasts 3 seconds
Paralyzing blow with splinter - lasts 2 seconds

There is no tick when you hit with splintering. The first tick comes after 2 seconds of applying the bleed and then every 2 seconds afterwards.
