Please explain more about this item (how you obtained it, color of the deed/ticket, side you were on (bane or ophid), loyalty points, etc.).
I haven't seen one nor have I read anything about them here on Stratics.

"Event" in this context probably means actual EM events rather than a "global" event.. they used to be called "scenarios" I think but people just refer to it as an event instead. Can be confusing
