erm castle prices depend purely on location..if u want a high spawn swamp one or a trailor park ice one then u pay less....wow lolz

i can accept some castles in the swamp and on crowded ice isle will sell for 20-25m ...

ALAS this is in a very nice secluded location near the sea...

price dropped to 60m obo ...gold and or item trades mix....

if nobody wants i will simply keep and use for myself for the 100 days then make a decision to refresh or let it decay... ive been offered a crimmy already and *suspects feel they are underpaying*
