I just got one question.... Is it really like the movie??
man I'm never gonna sell this stuff, should make a documentary. I was asked if the USMC was like the movie "Full Metal Jacket". Well, in a word, NO!
Full Metal Jacket was what 2 hrs long, and the boot camp scene was 25 minutes, I was at Paris Island for 84 days, that computes to allot more than the 25 minutes that movie alloted. Now, for the Police Academy, I worked from 7am until 5pm, and went to school from 6pm to 11pm.... 5 days a week for 8 months. Include travel time, and time getting ready, and spun down for bed... It made for a long week. Now, buy my trav mark.
