In an attempt to not pay the +60 canadabucks it will cost me to renew all three accounts at the end of the month, I have changed this into an auction.
Starting bid is 300m, takes all three houses. BuyItNow for 1Billion
END TIME- Sunday, Jan 24th 8PM EST. At that time, the highest bidder will win. 10 Min rule in effect***.
(***If there are any bids between 7:50 and 8:00 PM, the auction does not end at 8PM. Auction then only ends once there have been no bids posted for a full 10 minutes)
PAYMENT- Done through a broker or other option. Details can be hammered out. Winner must take all homes within 72 hours of end time.

I've decided to downsize to one account, and as such have put my 3 18x18's (max storage) for sale.
I would like to sell all three homes as a package deal, and am not accepting offers on them individually.
Depending on interest, I reserve the right to turn this into an auction (with an end date, of course).
Homes are located on Atlantic, Ice/Dagger Island, Tram. Image below has a map/coordinates. All Homes are unobstructed, fully customized, and close to water in semi-secluded area near a mountain - as can be viewed in the images below. They are set to public if you would like to view them at any time in game. Cords- 108.16N 174.18W

Home 1 was customized by Evianne/Hill People. Done as a large Christmas style home.
Home 2 was customized by myself as a sort of lodge.
Finally home 3 was done by both of us. Done as a ranger outpost with large, empty basement for storage/fountains of life, etc.
