So you can't do a trial and use the $30 Stygian Abyss code on it?

So you have to pay more to upgrade it and get time? Now I'm stuck waiting 30 minutes for a EA rep or for them to call me back sometime never.

the code you bought is to create a new Stygian Abyss account with 30 days of gametime. the one you need is the Stygian abyss upgrade code HERE.
You can try contacting Measanna or one of the other Broadsword Devs to see about getting that code refunded and getting the correct one

Yea, I understand the error now. I don't agree with it, but I understand what caused the error. The support email was very quick. Thank you. I was concerned it may take a while.

Nevermind... Only responded to get account info and then stopped responding... Trial accounts are new accounts.

Contacted Origin Store representative again and got a refund. Sent a email follow-up to UO Support and let them know I was disappointed with response times and I've received a refund. I don't want to pull a Jirel and say woe to the game and I'm leaving, but I'll probably spend my money where it's wanted.

It's not a Free Trial if you have to pay more to upgrade it after the trial is over. You're essentially paying $5 to play the trial first. And I got off work excited to play a classic I have fond memories of, but instead spent it watching TV and waiting for responses to emails/tech support chat boxes.
