So where will the High Council be moving?

The moment the publish hits the old building on Magincia will become the bank and not have any room for council meetings, so where will it be going on instead?

The High Council is currently meeting at the Mage Tower, Moonglow, Trammel. I'm just assuming this is a permanent location.
