Aye ye right. I thought I would check Chesapeake first to find the npc there and then I would know approx where npc should be on Siege in said building...and we do not have Francis on Siege. I even checked nearby buildings in case Francis wandered off, no sight of Francis.
On Ches. Francis Chapman is right as ya walk into the conservatory, *tram side* have not yet checked fel side, and Francis is right there beside the vases right as ya walk in easy to find........and on Siege????????????????? NO find Francis to be found as of yet.
The storybooks were 127 137 give or take few gp per book, on Ches. each title, was on Francis, 20 amt. of books, per title.
And a poster on Siege mentioned that there are or seem to be no town criers any more. I went looking for them too and am I seeing suddenly on two shards also that the town criers seem to be gone tonite...where have they gone ?

Maybe a dev can look into this today and place him in the Conservatory ?
And I also would like to remember you to look into the Collectors Quest. I remember Wilki saying that we will get it in the next publishes. The problem is that this statement is now something like 2 years old and we still do not have the Collectors Quest working. Not that I get impatient after theses years of waiting *smiles* but I really would like to see some things also working on Siege.

Maybe one day yall can fix the other quest the poster posted above too that never yet been implemented fully for Siege..hard to fish up anything in *Lake Haven* when we never had a Haven !
