SO when are the pirates gettin some luvin?

The fishermens got some nice added content not too long ago. I was under the impression at that time that the pirating fans would get some also?

Been a year now getting the same loot, doing the same single quest with the same rewards and fighting the same foes.

So when are we gettin some love too?

Pirates and merchantmen got a legal version of the white cloth dye tub that was originally an exploit (that was fixed and the tubs reverted) from manipulating the white leather tub from one of the holiday gifts.

It's much more common a drop off Merchantmen (which are blues) than pirates, but the only one I have gotten so far was off a pirate. And, it's STILL a very rare loot item.

Tis nice but its been around for months. The only thing new we got with the patch that brought charbdis, cracked rocks, and all the new fishing content was stacks of copper wire which is by now pretty much worthless. I have close to 300 collecting dust.

Im in need of new quests ( or at least new rewards for the quest ) new loot and new foes! Like an npc brit gally for example.
