So, what other things should be Exodus Ghost replicas?

The list really isn't long enough, and the items on the list were hit with the nerf stick in the wrong areas.

Two parts:

A. Of the items currently slated as replicas, what alternative versions would you like to see instead of the ones currently being tested? Essentially, compare the real and replica, and suggest what should be removed/lowered instead of what was actually lowered.

B. What other event items should be made replicas and added to the list? Also, add in what properties should be changed from the original.

Here are the current versions of the Replicas (original stats in parentheses)

Defeating Exodus will give a chance to receive powerful rewards:
  • Scroll of Valiant Commendation [Replica]
    • Gives the character who eats it a +5 permanent gain to maximum stats
    • Cannot be stacked with a previous Scroll of Valiant Commendation
    • If the scroll has been used it will have a “Claimed By” item property
  • Bracers of Alchemical Devastation [Replica]
    • Hit Fireball 35% (original: 40%)
    • Mana Regeneration 4 (original: 5)
    • Faster Cast Recovery 3 (same as original)
    • Physical Resist 10% (original: 15%)
    • Fire Resist 8% (original: 10%)
    • Cold Resist 8% (original: 10%)
    • Poison Resist 8% (original: 10%)
    • Energy Resist 8% (original: 10%)
    • Mage Armor
  • Hygieia’s Amulet [Replica]
    • Alchemy Bonus 10% (original non-replica: 15%)
  • Asclepius [Replica]
    • 15% Bandage Healing Bonus (original non-replica: 20%)

Imho, any event item that had any advantage at all on it should be made replicas. I do not know if they have accomplished that yet or not. You need a doctorate in Rares to know that and I am still in high school at best lol

I am glad they realized those bracers still needed to be around in some way though. :)

First, are these bracers Pof-able? If not, they should have the same stats of the real ones. it's only fair making them the same as other replicas.

The leggings, should probably be changed into something else (IF the mods on them already count as weight towards imbuing), when you compare them to the Animated Tinker Legs, they're not very good. but I guess the gargoyle ones would be useful, since animated leggings are not alterable?

I would hope everything that possibly drops from exodus is listed here, I would rather not see any drops from other champs/peerless coming from this encounter. (Shared drops)

Like many people seem to agree there should be a replica for Conjurer's garb/trinket, The Garb I could agree with, instead of making a trinket drop though I'd rather something similar but with a Random Slayer, so there are different ones...

Add a pair of Non-Faction Morph Earrings. I want my Bamble Coat, but I also want my Gotee !

My personal suggestions:

Part A:
Scroll is fine as it is
Hygieia's Amulet and Asclepius Should be original stats, with replica tag (possibly add CBR or Brittle). After all, their uses are so limited in their current incarnation as for them to be museum lockdowns instead of being used.
Bracers replica should have the same resists as originals, but with the non-armor bonuses being even lower (Fireball be 30%, MR be 3 instead of 4 or 5, FCR being 2, 1 or maybe not even present).
Clockwork Leggings should be treated as exceptional (500 weight imbuing cap), and be enhanceable. Or, have the DCI applied as if for a missile weapon (25% = 100% intensity)
Dupre's Sword is fine as it is.

Part B:
Add as replicas -
  • Conjurer's Trinket: The replica should be without the STR bonus, and the other properties be randomly a. (2 of the 3 non-slayer properties at original strength) or b. (all 3 properties at half-strength).
  • Conjurer's Grimoire: Replace the +15 Magery with a random Spellcasting skill of a type one has to load with scrolls (book type changing as appropriate), reduce INT bonus to 5, SDI to 12%, and LMC to 8%. Remains an Undead slayer, of course.
  • Conjurer's Garb: Two replicas. One will be identical to the version off the Harbingers. The other is a replica of the Luck version, but with only 125 Luck, MR 2 and no DCI.
  • Harvester's Blade: Identical to the original version.
  • The Redeemer: Identical to the original version, except not an artifact, and therefore Imbuable.
  • The Wanderer (Dawn's Music Box gear): Identical to the original version.
  • Blackthorn's throne (replica)
  • Replicas of the 3 Magincia event drops, as non-artifacts.
  • Replica Vine Cord Sandals, with only 1% in each resist.

Mounts and pets like we had with ml proxy swamp with the resists and the horse from bledlam.

We haven't had anything like that for sooooo long maybe with cool colours or other benerfits like the swampy has e.g one for magEs or tamers

I think it would be pretty cool to have a reward scroll that would take an individual skill cap up over 150, to say 170. That would provide 3 additional rewards (one for Str, Int and Dex) and you would still need to have the skill increases in items to attain 170, as 125 would remain the normal cap. With all the additional ways to get stat increases now, think new Armor mods from Shame or reforging, why not? Posters are always talking about diversity, I think this would add that.

^ Yes pls. Slayer trinkets would also solve the problem of a bag full of heavy weapons.

I like the publish notes as they are.

No need to add or change anything imo regarding the replicas.

I remember seeing a named pair of sleeves...leather maybe, in a museum years ago. What stood out was the 10% SDI that was on them.

I'd love to see those available as a replica. I don't know the exact name, but I'm sure some rares collector does.

If the original bracers were too overpowered (which they are), then nerf those.

I agree, its not a replica if its not identical. If they feel the real thing is too overpowered then don't bother putting something in that's close but not quite the real deal. Replica means a copy of the real item, just not repairable.


What's the point in putting items in that have been nerfed and calling them replicas?

In my opinion those leggings have super nasty resists making them seriously not very practical or desirable.

Completely agree. Most Replicas start off at a 150 durability and cannot be POF'd, so they are designed not to last. So why not have them match the the Original.

And actually, if an item has different stats than another item, it is not a replica...it is a new item.

I think the current proposal of replicas is fine how they are especially if they have 255 durability (I believe it was said that they would?). Otherwise, if 150 durability they should have same stats.
35m for a trinket, 50+ for a garb, isn't easy to get for many players.

I think the ones you are referring to are ornate encrusted armguards they were never duped that's why they have never been included as a replica same as thinks like shadow artillery.

I wouldn't like to see either replicated but agree we need more sdi armour as at the moment the most you can get from clothing and items is 85 which isn't much is this day and age in Pvm

I'd like to see a proxy us swamp pet version for casters

Nothing is ever as good as the original...a copy of a copy isn't as good as the original and shouldn't be.

I believe that all replicas should be just that, replicas with the same mods as their counterparts. Why chance the formula now when every other replica is an exact copy?

This is exactly what I was asking in other thread ( The publish thread) why make replicas weaker than original, make them 155 durability with not pofable but same stats !

I would like to see the Moiety in game as a replica it sure could be interesting for some builds , SDI cant be a problem in pvp for the sdi cap to 15%/30 % and the 6 FCR well I know its alot but theres alot of good shields now with reforging and 6 FCR is only 2 mods at 100% intensity (2 x 120 imbuing weight for fcr3) which equal to 240 weight + spell chann 100 weight + 1 fc 140 weight + 20 poison resist which is 133 weight + 50 SDI around 400 weight = for a total of over 1000 imbuing in pvm but around 700/800 weight in pvp because of the sdi cap 15%/30% in pvp. Im sure some shields with reforging now can exceed 800 weight like this one just for example :

I throughly second you on this. But we need to grimoire to drop too.
Make it non blessed or, why not, add durability to it, but make them available.
Depending where you play, it is almost impossible to find one for sale.

What shard are you on, with these mythical abundant supplies?
Most shards, the good version of the Garb robes are few and far between.
The Trinkets are rarer than you think.
While there MAY be a glut of the spellbooks, that's because they are tailored to a MUCH smaller section of the populace, but with the same drop rate as the Trinket
So, having Mysticism or Spellweaving (or even, don't laugh, Necro) versions of the Grimoire would be nice.
