So we can make exceptional recipe bows now?

How come the success chances are not displaying in the fletching menu? Has anyone tried and successfully made an exceptional recipe bow?

Should ..
- Recipe bows that previously had a 0% exceptional chance now have a<font color=red> 5% </font color=red>exceptional chance (In order to allow for an exceptional chance greater than 0 at GM skill, the success rate and minimum fletching skill have been adjusted. Success rate is now 50% at GM (was 40%.) Min Fletching is now 70 (was 75%.))

The chances do show on the fletching menu - just don't forget it's only the minor bows, not the major ones (eg - not faerie fire, silvani's, but frozen longbow, rangers shortbow)

*edits* And yup, just made an exceptional rangers bow
