(Question) So the Bane Guardians just left?

So the Bane Guardians take the various towns with little opposition.*check* The Bane kill Queen Dawn *check*
Royal Guard are umm...not sure really where or what they do? *check*

Apparently the Bane Guardians became so bored in the empty towns they left too?

Did I miss something?

Maybe the random tailor and chef NPC's that would attack them finally chased them off?

In all seriousness though, as far as I know there has been no official fiction yet for why they are gone or where they went. It just sort of... happened. So it's certainly a fair question to ask unless I'm missing something too.
