Nope. Anyone can use a fresh tamed beetle. When you click the button, the taming requirement increases. As you add points, the taming requirement increases.

What about fully trained lesser hiryu to a bushido character? (the requirement does go from 99 - non trained to 108 trained).... buuut maybe the bushido overwrites that?

But a Bushido toon could haul around 5 lessers. They would die very quickly.
