Pride has a price, the people of Siege Perilous wanted fights between themselves
rather than cooperate to save Magincia, they wanted deco rubble and
no guard zones in Magincia, so they let it happen! They satisfied their wants first. They got what they deserve!
A picture does not do Magincia justice, go there.

Bloody good post.
We could have set aside our damn fights for just a moment, and saved Magincia.
We didn't.
Magincia- the city of pride- is no more and never will be- at least not what it was.
Just because people on Siege couldn't get along for a couple weeks.

There will always be time enough to pk or pvp- as long as there is a siege and a UO. But the Magincia event was a limited time only event.

Sorry, pathetic, miserable cretins that they were- some people just would not save her.

They also wouldn't save themselves. That was just the mentality that will someday get UO removed from the "on-line" list.

Suit yourselves.

When the Mag event started is when I started SIEGE. So I knew right away what I was in for by the behavior displayd before me as I stealthd around everyone fighting over cursed arties. It was pure madness. I ask'd Shalimar "is this how it is on Siege ?" and she said not wanting to discorage me "There's stuff their to be had worth fighting over!"
Right then I knew that all's I was gonna get was rubble... I did find a cursed item or two on the ground that some guy had thrown down cause he had 200 of them already and a kind person or two that hooked me up "tyvm" but that was it for cursed stuff fro me. I wasn't strong enough to kill anything much harder then a ettin. LOL.
SO i grab'd it up, even gold cause that wasn't good enough for them either.

So today Mag's gone and we'll miss her forever unless they have some master plan ? RIGHT ??? I mean the whole Island is still their and can be reach'd ...

i logged on a week ago to see it....and i must say i like it! im glad to see that its an option in the game. i would like to see more of this happen. would be nice to have a rebuild the towns option. but damn it is hard to get out there with th boat. looks like it would be a epic battle ground, no guards and all.

Saw Luna Fall on test shard about 2-3 months ago everything on fire..

No one knows.

On Siege there was a concious decision to not save the moongate, so although on other shards the moongate is there, though not properly functional, on Siege it's dead.

There is talk of rebuilding, but it's from players, not developers, I guess we just wait and see.

I have concidered, but its not the items to move, it's the weight they have :/

Even a banker would help immensly... already made a few boat trips... I get sea sick tho after so many trips :p

Plus, the event made the house "Improperly placed" was fine before, but somehow rubble and debris got underneath... so if I ever drop that house, people might not be able to ever place there again. :/

I wouldn't move that house, even though it's a pain in the ass to get to.
