So, frostguard tali of tokem of void?

I did some quick testing and it seems have %less lmc only means 1mana point for 40mana costing spells... So is the added mana regen worthwhile enough to make the frostguard better than the void totem?

I'm having a hard time deciding... I know the void has 2 hp regen but the frostguard has cold resist and cold eater whatever that is...

So I'm curious what everyone here thinks, whats better out of the two?

Void over that over one, Esp with imbueing its easy to make your suit to be 60's

Depends on how much MR/LMC you currently have in your suit. Not sure what Cold Eater is, but as far as the other stats I think you gain more overall from totem of the void, but not by much.

if you move some mods on your suit that frostguard is very nice. not too hard to squeeze 5 lmc onto your suit (4 if your wearing new cape/wingarmor)
i love the kinetic eater and cold eater for shimmering keys, those on top of my soul charge shield i get lots of recharge when im hit, specially with cold eater in the river at hydra area

ten percent of 40 is four not one. max out at 40 lmc and your 40 spell only cost you 26 mana. both tali's have their pluses and minuses imho.

Well, when i cast circle 7 spells with forstguard i use i think 25 mana, but with totem its 24 i believe. I do admit though ive only recently returned and still dont know much about how the systems work..

well for me,

the treatise of alchemy > all other talis for mage

Conjurer's trinket / Faction primer > all other talis for dexxers.

That being said, if i have to pick; Frostguard > Totem.

The eater and MR in my opinion more than make up for 5% LMC and 2hpr, unless of course you are building a suit designed around HPR.
