I moved the ones over the BOD controversies there... Any more you think should go there?

I'll let you, the forum regulars, make suggestions.

I think with all the changes that we should separate forums again.
I.E. Maybe all Smithy related ones in one forum Carp/LJing/tinker
in another and the rest in another. I know this is going back to the
way forums used to be but with all the new items and changes a visitor
will get confused with all in one.
Just my opinion.

The simple fact was that the old way meant that the individual forums never got enough traffic (except maybe the smith & miner forums), yet required more moderators (some of whom went MIA, or just ignored their duties).

These days, there's too much overlap in crafter's info, that would have to be replicated in all the different forums (it was bad enough having to replicate some data in every different skill FAQ).

It's actually easier to take care of it all together.

Consider:

Arms Lore- affects all the crafting (as opposed to resource gathering) skills in this forum. Even Masonry gets in on the act a week from now.
Lumberjacking- concerns apply for Carpentry, Bowcrafting, and to a lesser extent, Tinkering.
Mining- important data for smith, tinker and Carpenters with the Masonry/stoneworking specialization.

It's easier to have all the skills affected by these together for easier cross-reference(especially given the number of carpenter things that require tinker, tailor, or blacksmith).
