No it's not rare, I forget the year we got those.
The Jolly Holiday Tree was 2019, the tree with the gifts I believe was from 2016
Could be a little rare considering most people probably got the grass or snow tiles instead of the other gifts.
Mine are set up haphazardly on my roof lol but these are the various trees we've gotten, the Jolly Holiday Tree is the one on the right with the ginormous bow on it and a train running around the base.

The Snowy Holiday Tree is also dyable. The christmas bulbs and bows turn to whatever color you dye it with. Put up tree first then dye .... sorry I can't remember which dye tube to use ... perhaps someone else remembers ...
