Smuggler's Lanterns, drops etc etc

I know there is a post here about lanterns but I was wondering if someone can be a little more clearer on what the *100 colors* are. Possibly an answer from a devy would be nice ...

Also do you think you have a better chance at stealing a lantern opposed to balms and lotions if your pure stealing skill is a bit higher like maybe over 70?

Would absolutely love to know what are considered the *rare smugglers lanterns*

The higher your real skill, the higher your chance of stealing a special item. Keep in mind, the lantern, and the tool kits only drop when using the smugglers edge in combat.

As for colors, I honestly don't know the complete list, I've only gotten bright green so far.
