Smelting Ore

I know this is probably beating a dead horse but...

Since it is more difficult to actually dig up higher level ores... perhaps the devs can increase the chance to actually smelt the ore? Not sure about everyone else but it is rather time consuming to smelt the ore one at a time so you dont lose half of the stack that it took so long to get... just a thought...

Statistically speaking... smelting one large stack will yield the same number of ingots that smelting ore one at a time. As long as the probability is the same for each trial, it'll all even out in the end. Unless... you need some immediately. Then the curve averages more towards the middle. If you're talking long term and not for a specific reason, you're wasting time doing it individually.

Mining is easy with Prosp Tools and Garg picks you can up a vein two levels.

Miners have it MUCH easier than, say, Lumberjacks.

(And I say this playing a miner character fairly regularly)
