If I have a necromancy book with Elemental slayer, should that double the damage on mage damage spells? Same thing for a mage spell book casting necro spells.

If I have a necromancy book with Elemental slayer, should that double the damage on mage damage spells? Same thing for a mage spell book casting necro spells.

The slayer property will work for Magery spells that fit the rule below even if it's on a Necromancy spellbook you have equipped.

"Slayers granted by spellbooks only effect spells that make use of Evaluating Intelligence in their damage formulas (notable exceptions are Mind Blast and Harm). Note that Necromancy and Spellweaving spells are also not included."

ahhhh. tyvm. mostly use mindblast right now (peace tamer) till i transition to mage/spellweave tamer
