why do wee have to have BANE loyality, to not have hell hounds attack? BANE is no more. hounds should be gone !!

Bane loyalty causing hell hounds to not attack at Slasher was just a bonus. Hell hounds have been around for a long, long, long time, way before the events that involved bane loyalty. The hell hounds at slasher should have never been affected by the loyalty, so im not sure why your complaining?

Just do Slasher in the middle and no hell hounds come near.

Because the loyalty wasn't for the Slasher if I remember correctly, but so people could tame the Bane Dragons there without having people trail Hell Hounds onto them, or worry about Slasher coming across and killing them and... it was just a way to allow people to actually use the content more easily whilst it was there. Of course, the Bane Dragons have gone as well now... but still, if it helps a bit with fighting Slasher, I can't see why it should be taken out.
