Skin question

Does anyone if there is anyway to add the item count function when hovering over the backback to Legacy II? If not, is there a way to use the runebook from it? I saw that it was available in the "Partial Skins" section, but when I tried to download that I got "Error: Not Found".

Should be fixable. I'll make sure Zym sees this post.
