skills disappearing from skills menu

Logging into Atlantic; all my spells, paperdoll, journal, everything was gone from my screen like I had signed onto a new computer. I was able to open my spellbook to drag out spells, paperdoll up, journal etc....BUT!! when i tried to open the skills menu to bring out my skill buttons; they were all gone. I could bring up the menu but it basically looks like an empty journal. There are no folders whatsover; nothing. Hence i couldn't bring out my skill buttons. I am still 100 on my skills because when i take a ring off/on my skills raise/lower. Can someone help me find my skill menu? Other information: other shards are ok; and i have rebooted my computer. I've had the issue for 2 days.

Do you know where your toon is saved on your computer? If so delete that toon from your disk, DO NOT DELETE THE TOON FROM UO. In fact log out and quit UO before doing this. Delete toon from HD, load UO, login and pick char from list. You should have your spells and stuff.

If you create a new group, I think they all pop into it.

sounds like you deleted your desktop folder somehow.

i had this happen before, paged a gm and he had to reset my skill menu.

thank you very much! i created a new folder and wallah; all the skills were there. I still need to separate it all out; but i can make buttons! Thank You
