skilling speed increase

pssssssst hope its ok to say this and it's not a secret but....... don't say this too loud...... skilling speed in TC3 is 247%

ok people are saying this speed is permant can a dev pls tell me if this is true or not they are saying its posted on the maxis fourms but i dont think it is true need someone to check on this pls and reply thanks

I have been told that the Dev's do this from time to time, just as something nice for us. Not permanent but VERY appreciated!

ty wish they put out this is not permant cause there is alot of rumors in tc3 that it is
