Skilling is fun. In fact, it's as much fun as:

Going to prison for beating up the Warden's mother.
Rotating the tires on an 18 wheeler.
Removing your own eyeballs with an ice cream scoop.
Insulting Ernie Banks at a Chicago Cubs Appreciation Breakfast.
Watching "WaterWorld" again.
Peeing into the wind.
Goat cheese pizza after half a keg of beer.
Petting a grizzly bear.... from the inside.
Washing all the sand off of the beach.

... and many more.

Skilling is as much fun as......

Slamming your fingers in a car door.

A trip to the Dentist to have wisdom teeth removed.

And so much more........oh the joy.

Skilling is as much fun as... spending 27 real life hours on your lot with basically nothing to do because the devs took away the things you actually enjoy doing... waiting for the fruit to ripen on your mystic tree because you finally got a new lock and you completely detest skilling... hoping it will give you a cooking point so you will be able to hand out slightly burnt cookies to all your friends, only to find out the point you got is mech

...getting stuck on the subway....in a train with no air condition....when it's hot and crowded....and having one person on board with a garlic fetish!

....having a coworker decide to 'microwave' their leftover fish dinner.

I have to say, I grew up on a farm. I have heard many stories from my grandfather about "warming your feet up in cow pies." Apparently it wasn't that bad for them.

As for the topic....

Skilling is as much fun as...

...sitting through the movie High School Musical just to please your 9 year old sister in law.

Okay, point taken.

What are your suggestions to making skilling more fun? Should we eliminate skilling altogether? Should we make it so that it literally kills your sim?

Let's brainstorm for a bit.

Also, I need a volunteer to put the brainstorming ideas on the wiki, please.

I actually find skilling fun...
most of the times,
the online radio stations will broadcast from there.

Some people actually talk.
At least where I go they do.

Sure, it isn't the most fun thing ever, but I do enjoy it sometimes.
