skill needed for golem training, real or boosted?

Hi all I know u need 70 in a skill to train on a golem, but does that have to be real skill? or can I use jewels/items to boost from 50 to 70 then take off once I hit 90? any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Either as far as I know.

It worked for me when I boosted it to 80 with jewelry.

Either. A common tactic is to start with 50 weapon skill then jewel up to 70-80 skill and start golem training immediately.
