Skill Gains with Scrolls

I was walking around Luna seeing what there was to waste my gold on and I found lots of Herding SoT's cheap (avg. 2k per 0.1) so I decided to buy them all up. I ended up with 20.9 points. I also found an Alacrity scroll for 150k.

Starting with 0 points, I paid 300 gold for 30 points, used the alacrity scroll, trained for 15 minutes on a single greater hart, after 15 minutes I had 80.9 skill. I used the SoT's and got to GM in 15 minutes.

I'm not sure what I will use herding for, but how the hell can I go from 0 to 100 in 15 minutes. Sure it cost me a little gold (very little), but this is to damn easy.

I guess maybe there should be a limit on how many SoTs you can use in a 24 hour period or something.

Yes, that is what we need. A timer so people don't run around with the overpowered herding skill.

Any 'good' skill is far more expensive for scrolls so this is pointless.

No timer needed.

I think we should have more SOT scrolls and Alacrity scrolls should fall at end of Trammel Champs.

Skill gain is BORING esp for things like herding.

The skill isnt the point. I cant even gain Focus that fast. Plus I also picked up a ton of other SoT's for cheap, detect hidden, begging, mining, posioning, item id, arms lore, and a few others. The 5.0 poisoning cost me 1.5mil, the others were far cheaper. Keep in mind I wasnt even looking for these, just happened to see them on a vendor while killing time.

Besides I never asked for a time, just stated it was to easy. Which it was!!!
