Skeletal Hangman from Artifacts of the Kotl

I have a question before I use 10 artifacts to get this. The Skeletal Hangman retains the name of the player who places it. If you put it back into deed form and place it with a different character, does the name change, or does it retain the name of the original player that places it?

I placed it, then put a broken chair at the base under the skeleton. It looks really neat.

Yeah! Great item. I did this on DF and SP. You can visit my hangman created after someone I dont like in my museum on SP ("Safe Haven") and my memorial on DF (Luna).

Didn't think it was, just kind of a odd place to find a miner and one that told me to whizz off while using my house and forge. Now I don't feel bad about beating him to death with my war hammer and killing his beetle to boot

Just to be clear on this answer: Yes, the name does change if you place, redeed and place again.
