Simple question regarding debris homes in Luna...

Okay, so I left UO around the time this whole 'home burning' fiasco took place and was gone for a few months. Needless to say I didn't really hear details on the lots.

Are the burning locations forever going to be a sign to players that duping/exploiting will not be tolerated, or do the debris fields randomly clear up freeing the lot? I believe some spots I saw in the past are now new homes so I wasn't sure.

No, they're not going to be permanent. Eventually, they'll be cleared. However, the devs have stated that they will not clear any homes that are being camped, and they're not announcing times. So it's a lottery.
