Silver Steed/Silver Wolf

I know there listed as extinct, and part of Good/Evil system. Did anyone ever tame Silver Steed or Silver Wolf and get them to bond? Or were they creatures you weren't allowed to own?

I had all the good/evil pets for different amount of time. I had a silver steed for a good long while, but I was afraid to take it out of the stable for fear of it getting deleted, eventually it just disappeared. I remember being super salty about it.
