Ok.. I asked this one in Alliance chat and no one seemed able to make me understand...

My characters hat shows up as a circlet, and I don't like that.. So I was looking for an option to fix that. It was suggested that I change races to human.

Now this is where it doesn't make an sense to me.. How does a race effect the graphics of a hat??

head gear shows up different on elfs then humans. However if you dont want to go human you could just polymorph into a human so your hat shows up like it would if you were human.

You not the only one who is upset over the way hats got handled when it came to elfs and humans. Alot of people want a option to change how it appairs on their char as well as on the paper doll.
