silly question on anat - maybe for SM?

Silly Q really.

look at anatomy on this page:
http://uo.stratics.com/content/arms-armor/combat.php

Now, the formula is:
Anatomy Damage Bonus% = (Anatomy ÷ 2) + 5%

Does this mean that if you have anat at 0.1 you'd receive a 5% base damage bonus, or is this in effect with 0 anat?

Seems like a very minor thing, but in an attempt to squeeze the most out of a garg/elf might be worth that 0.1 investment; much like the 0.1 tailor and smith i have for bods...

Thoughts?

Eg:
In practice a template might be:

120 Swords
120 Bushido
120 Parry
120 Tactics
99.9 Necromancy
50 Chivalry (80 Chivalry w/+15 Ring/+15 Bracelet)
70 Spirit Speak
0.1 Anatomy

giving ~ 86.25% base damage increase?

The other thought i had was that Pheonix replied to one of old mans posts to comment the following:

So is the formula i've used above incorrect?

Eek!

Assuming Phoenix is right, and we have no good reason to believe he isn't,
the Stratics formula is wrong for all anatomy values lower than GM,
they should be 5% lower that the value given on those tables.

I did some testing with the GM anatomy bonus... yeah, you get a 5% bonus at GM, but depending on the weapon it translates only to 1-3 more DPS, before slayer effects are applied. It's not nearly as big as I thought it might be.

FYI, Phoenix isn't the only Developer to answer this question, though it has been a few years since it was acknowledged.
