Rares Fest Silent auction house #3 is now open

Silent auction house #3 is now open. A teleport tile to the house can be found at Silent auction house #1.

FYI - Silent house #3 - A couple of the display cases vanished on the main floor and one of the two items seems to be sitting under the house unreachable right now. The other item seems to have been big enough that it is sitting on the floor without a display case and is still locked down.

3 more vanished on the 3rd floor and if any items had a display case on the roof all display cases are gone. I assume they did because the items are all sitting lower than normal. Some but not all of the message boards are gone too.

Might want to take a look soon, it looks like the height of the display cases + message boards is squeezing out some items that are sharing the same Z axis.

@Blackie, I'm not sure what you're talking about here... That sounds like silent auction house #2; silent auction house #3 has had none of these issues.

EDIT: I'm still not sure what items were thought to have fallen under the house, since everything is still where I placed it. The lots without display cases are intentional, as you suggest, because of the height; e.g. the roof is all over-tall items, thus no display cases there.
