Um with the enhanced client, any regular dye tub has option when dyes are used on it to select "Sigil Purple" (correct me if I'm wrong please...)

Whilst that may be true i don't think you can dye hooded shrouds of umbra can you?
very true even in Classic, but as Esca said. You can not dye umbra shrouds so this is a rare item
