Siege Stranger Location

On Siege there is a stranger located Fan Dancers dojo, 3rd level near the Succubi.

Ummm.... This is the same guy that steals CRAP from backpacks just to harass the indiviual. Stole a mana regen 2 bandana from my pack that I got off gargoyal. had 3/3/5/3 resist and mana regen 2, and thats it. This is the same guy that gets excited from looting empty pots. 20-25 Minutes maybe, no clue why all the trammies had trouble with him atall.

okay so the stranger is some monster? what does he look like? what does he drop? does he just show up in some places....

There are 6 different named ones that spawn in 6 different locations, spawn time is around 2 hours and they all have varying abilities other than they all turn some pets wild in a few seconds and drop fire fields. They all have probably 99% resists across the board and parry, when there weapon breaks they wrestle anything they hot for around 500 damage a pop. They all do some type of aoe damage, have an area mind rot curse, a load of hit points and can't be discorded.
