Siege Steeds?

I have been trying to find a Fire Steed on the Siege shard for a while now and have not seen a one... Are they still spawning? I know they kinda suck for what they are but wanted to tame a couple all the same. Just curious why I have not seen them in a bit...:coco:

They are on siege and i have 2 of them somewhat trained. They still spawn.
