Siege Perilous logon

Ok, apparently I don't get it. I want to play on siege but I cannot find the shard. It is not in the list. I am currently on the 14 day free trial, (probably coming back to the game) using Mondain's Legacy.

Any info would be a big help.

I believe you have to wait out the trial period. Also if the account is a new account (young characters) you need to renounce that young status.
