It's been like 8+ hours, I'm starting to get all twitchy. Anyone know how to get help?

I figure it's not a good sign that it didn't come back by server up this morning. Crashed about 9 pm central time last night. Waiting for some sort of acknowledgment from Broadsword that they are at least aware of it. (Can't see how they couldn't be aware of it, but stranger things have been known to happen.)
