If I ever thought I might pay an insane amount of gold, if I had it, I just ran past a diamond mace on a vendor for 60mil on Atlantic.

i won't touch a weapon without a hit spell...

isn't there a cap on DI in PvP?

i only ask, cause i'm at 55% without a weapon. so, if the PvP damage increase cap is 50% or something... why pay for it on a weapon when stormgrips and some good jewels get you there?

one of my maces has

50% lightning
30% SSI
38% ML
22% DI

got it for 250k. if it had had 40+ DI it woulda been a stupid price.

i'm waiting for the perfect one before i buy again. if DI is capped, the perfect one will have 5 mods, but not DI. imagine:

40+ hit spell
20-30 SSI
40+ ML
some HLD and HLA

or something...

people would be like "it's almost perfect, but no DI" - bt for someone with high DI on their armor, it is perfect...

There is a 100% DI cap both in PvP &amp; PVM for items. &amp; there is another DI cap of 300% from both spells, forms, slayers, &amp; items.

However, after a items reach a 100% DI cap in PvM they will not exceed that. &amp; the other 100% comes from Spells, &amp; Slayers. &amp; the other 100% is the weapons base damage itself. Which equals 300%. the DI increase from forms, grapes of wraith are in the same category as DI of items.
