Last offer/bid is current offer for the item.
If you want the item enough to beat last offer/bid then you have beat it.
Last offer/bid I think its 350 million gold (350m from Jopromol) so now you have to bid more than 350 million. If I were you I would beat the offer in at least 10 million as people offering on the item will possibly counter bid.
