Selling Weapons SICK Cannot Make Anymore Twinkling Scimitar (Mage Wep, SC, 21 DCI Etc)

Legitimate question here since I'm not sure if something has changed that I'm unaware of.
What about that can't be made anymore? Granted, would take a load of verite or valorite hammers and a ton of good RNG forture.
I see 5 max properties + DCI bonus. The DI increase from arms lore, and the 50 lower requirements from DC ingots.
That thing is absolutely amazing, please don't take my question the wrong way...I'm genuinely curious.

I honestly do not know. I was just told by a few people that it cannot be made now. I'll look into it further though and get back to this. Very good question.
