How many trail runs would I need to run on test center to get relible data? 20 runs with HCI and 20 runs without be enough?

As far as i'm aware it's based on Ninjitsu, otherwise you could run with minimal ninjitsu and 45 HCI and still hit fairly often.

I don't believe it's affected by HCI and DCI as it's not a weapon skill.
