Shroud of the Condemned!

Hey gang question I'm new on these forums but a fellow player 57 months on game and I was wondering how in the world do you get those shrouds of the condemned I am at the abyss dungeon and there is this red person I try to kill and it won't drop anything i click his paperdoll and it says the shroud is on him am i supposed to kill him bunch of times so he does die and drop it???? Name is RedEyez on pacific shard =D
