[BUG] "Show Tracker" Dissapears After Logout

I really like the "Show Tracker" option so I can always see my skills. Unfortunately upon logging out it dissapears.

I find it always closes when you log out, but not had any trouble with it updating (I have the tracker open and chat switched to System so I get +0.1 updates, both agree on what's what).
