I just read a thread about problems contacting support after hours and not receiving immediate assistance from Game Masters (waiting times sometimes may be long...) about issues which might instead require immediate care.
I was wondering, in the instance of accounts suspected of being hacked or other issues which might need immediate and swift Game Master attention and intervention, shouldn't there be a Help HOTLINE button which gets a GM look into the matter without any waste of time ?
I mean, I have waited myself in the Help queue and sometimes I had to wait very long.
For example, when account is being hacked, waiting time might result is greater losses to that account.
Since in game service is 24 hours, therefore, always available, perhaps there should be a way to page for immediate help, also from accounts OTHER than the one being hacked (so that friends can call for help), at the very least in case of suspected hackings. If an account is being hacked, of course it ain't possible to page a GM from within THAT account, this is why other accounts (friends...) should be able to also page for help in those cases.
Or, at least, provide a CHAT line via the Internet with the Game Masters where the owner of the account can get in touch with the GMs directly through means other than in game also at off time hours. Of course, it should be a safe and secure Chat line to avoid account informations being handed to anyone other than Game Masters.
